Are you a dedicated and motivated doctor looking to give back to the medical community? TheBIMA is pleased to announce the launch of our National Mentorship Scheme, designed to support and guide foundation doctors across the UK as they embark on their careers and pursue speciality training.

We are seeking experienced Trust grade doctors, Core Trainees, Specialty Registrars, SAS doctors, and Consultants to mentor Foundation Year 1 & 2 doctors. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Make a significant impact on the future of the medical profession by guiding the next generation of doctors.

• Share your knowledge and experience to assist young doctors in securing their specialty training numbers.

• Enhance your own professional portfolio, contributing to your career progression through recognised national teaching.

Certificates for your portfolio will be provided.
